STUDENT TRAINING ON RESEARCH SKILLS
International Institute of Research Development and Training will offer Research Skill courses and internships for students at its member institutions through the "Research to Startup" model and its self-learning portals. This initiative will allow students to expand their research knowledge and earn certificates and badges as recognition, thereby enhancing their research profiles.
ONLINE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
To equip faculty members with essential research skills and knowledge, Manuscriptpedia focuses on its Online Faculty Development Program as a key initiative. The organization offers online training sessions and expert-led workshops for faculty. Many of these programs are backed by prominent research corporations. Manuscriptpedia aims to train at least 20 faculty members from its member institutions each year. Each Online Faculty Development Program is accompanied by effective research tools to help faculty transfer research and innovation knowledge to their students.
INDUSTRY CONNECT
International Institute of Research Development and Training will assist institutions in establishing connections with Research and Development Centers of various organizations upon request, facilitating industrial visits for students.
RESEARCH CONSULTATION

Students from member institutions who have been trained through International Institute of Research Development and Training initiatives will receive placement assistance. They will also be invited to take part in the research job fairs organized by International Institute of Research Development and Training.

Students and faculty will have access to the International Institute of Research Development and Training internship portal, where they can explore 52 research topics to improve their research skills.
RESEARCH AUDIT
Conduct yearly audits of research practices, outputs, and infrastructure to ensure quality and alignment with global standards in member institutions.

IIRDT TWO MINUTES RESEARCH THESIS CONTESTS
The Two Minute Thesis competition highlights the innovative research conducted by Ph.D. students, aiming to enhance their research presentation and communication skills. This competition encourages participants to effectively convey their research in just two minutes in English. Five winners will receive a two-day research tour package, a souvenir, a certificate, and a cash prize.
