These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by the International Institute of Research Development and Training (IIRDT), including but not limited to the Certified Researcher Program. By enrolling in a program or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To be eligible for the Certified Researcher Program or any other IIRDT courses:

• You must be an undergraduate, postgraduate, or research professional.
   
• You must have a minimum of 50% marks in prior academic qualifications unless otherwise specified.
   
• You must provide accurate and complete personal and academic information during registration.
   

• Access to course materials is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.
   
• All course content, including videos, documents, and assessments, is for individual, non-commercial use only.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written consent from IIRDT.
   

• Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required modules and the final exam.
   
• Exams are held online/offline on the 10th and 20th of every month.
   
• Participants must complete the program and exam within 1 year of enrollment.
   
• Any form of cheating, impersonation, or misconduct during the exam will result in disqualification and cancellation of certification.
   

• Program fees are clearly mentioned during the registration process.
   
• All payments are non-transferable and subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
   
• IIRDT uses secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment details.
   

• All content on the website and within the courses is the intellectual property of IIRDT or its content providers.
   
• You agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, or exploit the content in any way without prior written consent.
   

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unethical purpose
   
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
   
• Upload or distribute harmful software or viruses
   
• Disrupt or interfere with the learning platform or services
   

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

Your use of the IIRDT platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to these practices.

• IIRDT will not be held responsible for delays, technical issues, or losses resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, system failures, or acts of God.
   
• We do not guarantee job placement, promotions, or academic admissions as a direct result of certification.
   

IIRDT reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our website. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State].
